Small pre-Toonami schedule change: If you watch Dragon Ball Super at 8 or 8:30, those slots are leaving as of December 2nd. The schedule is now Cleveland->Family Guy->R&M->R&M->Family Guy.

Samurai Champloo was on everything when Toonami ran it. So was Gurren Lagann. The only time rights are affected is when a streamer signs an exclusive deal. This always involves the service premiering the dub, and it not being available anywhere else. Hulu does this actively with Aniplex and Viz shows, and Netflix and Amazon just plain license shows straight from Japan now and go over the heads of the US middlemen companies. Funimation has a service to protect so they won't engage in those kinds of deals.

Ah, I had misread his answer.  It's not that it'll never happen, it's just that it probably won't happen too soon after it gets on one of those services. BBB has probably been on Hulu for a while, so it might have a chance, but also it probably would have been aired already if it was gonna be.
