I'm into X-Wing, which comes with pre-painted minis, but some people like to customize them. This has... mixed results. Thankfully being a game about spaceship dogfights means boobs are not really a thing, but I still found a few... oddnesses. Most X-Wing repaints are in the "Unique but simple" category:  Other times you get cool repaint ideas like this mid-cloak TIE Phantom.  Then you have mods, where you alter the model itself.  Of course not everyone can have that level of y'know... talent.  And some people forget that they aren't playing Warhams  Then you have the just bizarre repaints  And of course:

But those are closer to like siren/succubus type scary demon chicks and are on theme. They don't strike me as sexual beyond like a standard mythology sense at all despite their scantily cladness. Under representation of women is somewhat valid, esp. in the factions that have a lot of models that aren't in armor. The armored ones it's hard to add "definitely women" models, e.g. Space Marines, without adding hips and tits that start to sexualize the model and defeat the purpose. There's always that guy that drills out and paints a butthole, or makes a tittyfex, but I don't relate that guy to GW any more than I relate truck nuts to Ford. e: content  On top of the idea and paint job of the model being just  , those feet

As far as the industry goes, GW is a mild offender. When you're going up against Kingdom Death, the worst of Malifaux/Infinity and indie titty models, Sisters BDSM nun armour and the Dark Eldar slave models are small fries.
