Decided to blow all my quartz because I am impatient and got 0 Scathach's and 4 2030's. I went and tested caster Liz, Hans and Jeanne with them and it was raining crits for days.

Yeah I need to finish up the chawans in GUDAGUDA before jumping headfirst into hand farming. I only just cleared the hiragumos, and I don't think I can get to Void Dust in time, so I'll just get the Octuplet crystals and the rest of the pages.

I basically need to farm enough chawans for 8 void dust or w/e and then I think I'm done with what I'm willing to do for this event. Have 12 hearts stocked up along with 20 chaos claws to split between ascending Scathach and max ascending Herc. Could technically use the gears for Emiya, but with Nobu right there with free ascensions it's kind of hard to care about prioritizing those - especially since I accomplished my main goal of max ascending Nero with what I did buy of them. Gonna farm the hell out of some hands, tho. I didn't drop that money to let Scathach sit at 1.

Went ahead with the paid gacha, since the only 5* I had on there was a NP1 Vlad, and even this game wouldn't be cruel enough to give me a 2nd one as my guaranteed. Ended up getting an Orion which, while I already have a Gil as my only other 5*, was fine. At least I'm pretty much set for Archers now. ...And then against all odds I get an Altria. My first 5* Saber? Yes, please. Anyways, I think that used up all my luck until the new year. Edit: Tried one free 10-roll on the Scathach banner. Got Tamamo from the gSSR banner, which is cool because she's one of the few new servants I could have gotten out of it. Shishou came home 210 quartz later, on the same roll as my second 2030. Also with all the different kinds of Saber we have in this game I wish one of them used Avalon as her NP. I'm not sure how, since its supposed to be hilariously broken, but I still want to see it in action

I was f2p but the paid gacha opened a door. Now I have Scathach, which is cool, but the shame I feel getting there is heavy. And since I've done it once I know I'll do it again for JAlter. Me going back and forth last night on getting Horizon Zero Dawn for $20 feels pretty silly now.

Did 4 rolls and the paid gacha. Got away with a 2030, a LB Knight's Pride, Jeanne, Emiya, and my third Anne and Mary. Not the best, but definetly not bad at all. I've been enjoying Anne and Mary, and with 2030 and Knights Pride, she's become a crit machine. Her NP is easier to spam too. And I've never gotten Jeanne in JP, so I'll enjoy using her with Waver and Asterios.

So help me understand how the rate ups work. It sounds like the new banner changes the featured 5* each day, but on the last day all three are featured? Does this mean there's an greater chance of getting one of them on the last day, or would you have the same chance to roll [the feature] and then a 1/3 chance of getting either after that?
