But the heart of the Star Citizen outrage is that CIG is selling something they can never make, and they know it.

I think they are saying that the name of the pretend ship is Hawk, and it's made by a pretend company called Anvil. Hawks are threatening to other birds, so there could be a metaphor that likens ships to birds (common in English) and thus the Hawk ship is equally fearsome to other ships. Or not. Is the Peter Capaldi thing real or is it a joke/hoax? Because I felt my brain leaking out my ears at the terribleness of the dialogue, and I have taught writing classes to English as a Foreign Language learners, and to people in nursing homes, many of whom had dementia, and this is literally one of the least fluent, least polished works of fiction I have ever encountered. And I include the one dude with Alzheimer's who kept writing about taking a bus trip with his dog.

He curses, dismisses the whole thing, then tries to give feedback in the worse way possible about little stuff, makes stupid squeeky voices, disses his comment section... It's probably his way of venting, but he'll again realize who his fanbase consists of (like that Saurus Wtf lizard). I mean, people say he goes full hater later in the video, so maybe I'll skip to that just for the lols.

Take for instance that Fandred1 character. Two days ago he was bitching about the game non-stop, bitching about CIG allowing other people to play the game and how that was complete bullshit, and fantasizing about becoming a "goon". Today?
