"Deutsche Bank Trust Company Delaware" There's a Firestone shop in town, I haven't read the whole saga of Dick but now I understand, every time I've been in there it felt like a pit of despair, and as a customer I was just standing on the edge.

Even the last company I worked for, which was founded and run in Canada, was a Delaware registered corporation for our US side of things. For tax reasons. Lots of tech companies are registered there.
