The shoulders really throw the whole thing off, i think. Maybe using Reaver shoulders (if they're separate pieces, i have no idea) would work better?

if you look closely you can see that some of those marines are actually modeled as ladies its subtle though

All in all I'm pretty ok with this lady marine interpretation. The legs remind me of that particular anime style of robot samurai where their thighs are huge and their lower legs are spindly... SHoulder pads are a bit weird but w/e.
