Then, in the next breath, he called for the catfood commission to slash "entitlement" programs.

maybe a dumb question but if the dems have the white house and congress in 2021, is there anything stopping them from reversing the gop tax cuts (assuming they pass and dems are willing to reverse them), or even to raise taxes on the wealthy above what they currently are?
