On top of it being poo poo in general, I really wish there was an option to disable videos on the store, especially when I'm looking at games and screenshots and it just loving automatically plays. Half the time the volume on that poo poo is like 2-3x louder than anything else.

Just a heads up. If any of you got that 20% off entire purchase coupon from Target that they gave out last week. It totally works for all games and hardware despite stating it doesn't on a coupon. It works on everything in the store actually so you could use it to get 80 bucks off a pro or 60 off a switch or whatever.

PS+ members check your email, just got an offer to trial PSVR with Skyrim for 14 days free. They charge you if it's not returned 10 days after the trial ends.

Well, honestly, it's a much better way to get the word out on the device than in-store demos (and less liability), since it's a piece of tech that needs hands on time in order to push the sale.

I got that PSVR email and signed up. I’ll give it a whirl. I couldn’t ever find a store demo near me and outside of this I don’t think I would have ever had a chance to get hands on experience.

If you decide to keep it, you ultimately get a $150 discount from what I'm reading. $300 vs $450

Got that email too. I know 100% I will not keep it but I've never seen a store demo and don't know anyone with any VR device so I've always wanted to just try it for an hour or two. Can't decide if I want to go through the hassle of returning/risk of something going wrong and I'm stuck with a charge or have to argue with support about it. If it was transferable I'd be happy to give the code away but I don't think it is. Anyone go through the process far enough to tell if they include a prepaid shipping label etc. for a painless return?

Got Doom VFR for 20% off for myself along with my groceries. Pretty sweet coupon.

I don't understand why they're releasing emulated PS2 versions of the Jak games when they've already been properly remastered last gen. Why not just bring that version over? Same with Code Veronica, they spruced it up for the current consoles last gen, but now all we get is some upscaled PS2 emulation? Why?

Probably because bringing over a PS2 game is merely a matter of wrapping it in an emulator while PS3 emulation is not quite there yet (even allowing for Sony having better tech than the public projects) and they'd have to do a real port.
