I had a quick look on youtube to see if I could find the video version in case you could hear someone's accent or something and the search terms 'construction worker fall water' didn't bring up that specific video but what it did turn up was a whole parade of fuckin' horrors so I stopped looking.

Mayor: Amateur bladesmith started massive Cohoes blaze
21 buildings damaged or destroyed, 20 people displaced

A fire stoked by 20 to 30 mph winds destroyed or damaged nearly two dozen downtown buildings and was traced to a man who was trying to forge a blade over a burning barrel, according to authorities.

http://www.timesunion.com/news/article/Flames-consuming-large-building-in-Cohoes-12395747.php

The mayor said Gomes was trying to bend metal in an apparent attempt to mimic the History Channel television series "Forged in Fire" about bladesmithing.

Sucks to be the captain. Apparently the ship was carrying iron ore, ran aground, and the current pushed it across the river. A tug tried to free the ship and ended up breaking its keel. Time for a crane and salvage!

We all jumped out of the aircraft’s various hatches and ran from the burning hulk with the fire crew spraying us and the aircraft.

I was running one way and one of the fire crew was running to the aircraft in a sliver suit. He had a giant asbestos blanket to wrap the burning main wheel and brake. They will blow up and red hot beryllium shrapnel shards will damage the fuel tank, which would make things so much worse. That firefighter had the biggest balls or the smallest brain of anybody I had seen to date.

Pro read.

I've seen this done properly in the DRC. It's rare that there's decent enough moorings to tie the barge up to, so the pilot needs to be working the throttle to make sure it's being pushed into the riverbank.

Rolling on to those things we would have a maximum of one person per vehicle. It was always a good opportunity to get out and have a chat with the locals.
