Have any of you been to Torquay in VIC and seen the estate built around The Sands golf course? I deal with a ton of their floor plans through my work and every time one comes across my desk I just sigh and get ready for a poo poo fight while I deal with illogical layouts, impossible roofs, nonsensical colour schemes and an architect who has absolutely no idea how the thing is going to be put together until it gets to the structural engineer who has to concoct a horribly inefficient layout of steel beams and posts that costs tens of thousands to manufacture. Only for the entire place to look like a bizarre open air minimum security prison where the prisoners are allowed to wander freely but only within the confines of the golf course. Tons of hard black and grey surfaces attached to asymmetrical monolithic boxes everywhere with no greenery and stone "gardens" stretched out from end to end.

The breast thing only applies to refusing classification and allowing customs to seize those films if they're imported. It's not a case of people getting charged with looking at child porn if they're watching sex workers with A cups. On that basis I wouldn't be surprised if 'Twink schoolboy destroyed by Teacher vol 3' would also be seized by customs but I don't think the person importing it wouldn't be charged with anything.

lol, I guess the Tele hoped more people would come out after their reveal of the pretty vague complaint of 'inappropriate conduct". They're pretty hosed now if no more info comes out. I heard Rush was insufferable to work with so I'd say the complaint was more Christian Bale than Don Burke.

A reasonable judge wouldn't criminally charge them, I haven't heard of any case of someone getting arrested by accidentally coming across "GOTCHA" cp. If anything, they'd be slapped with a fine and good behaviour bond like Ben McCormack had, as he had the actus reus of fantasy talk constituting promotion of child porn over the internet, but not the mens rea where he was wanting to assault any child. Some could argue just admitting he's a pedophile is mens rea, but even then, the actus reus had no specific victim.

He's not exactly unbiased on the issue. Personally I'm not unhappy about the Tunnel - trucks using local roads in the inner west has been a huge issue for decades, and if nothing else, the truck bans are going to help with that. Besides, whether we like it or not, the population is going to basically double over the next couple of decades, and we can't solve everything with freight on rail. Even if it isn't a perfect solution, at least it's something.
