The same reason why we don't talk much about the history of native American tribes, history of the Etruscan and all other conquered, subjugated and just uncared for people within History. I may have to put this in the OP, but Tinsley doesn't color his strips unless there's an exception for Sundays. So as a general rule of thumb, try not to read too much into the colors.
