Here's a link to the 7.24b notes since we're discussing the changes already. The nerfs to Sorcery are good and should help a lot with botlane feeling either like a game of rocket tag or death by a thousand cuts. Not sure if the minor Lethality reduction will really help with MF whacking people for half their health, but it's a start.

It's the big reason that they take account sharing so seriously over there.
