To elaborate, a lot of Republicans don't like it probably because even the stupidest of the stupid realize that this could easily gently caress with free market principles and gently caress consumers, not to mention possible outright censorship, which even a lot of idiot Republicans don't support.

I am surprised too. You just don't gently caress with peoples' communication. Our entire lives take place on the internet..we do our commerce, we connect to people, romance, work....Pai is effectively controlling society in a matter of speaking. In the short term he might think this is awesome, but he is going to mess with the wrong one. Also, I can't think of anything else that would incite millenials to vote liberal in droves the next election more than this.

Yeah I have no idea how you'd even read it on mobile. I will agree that the typography is really interesting and novel but my attempt to shake my parents by the shoulders and scream "THIS IS WHY WE ALL ARE SO loving MAD" had them immediately stop reading it because it was all "Buzzfeed-y"

The guillotine was invented as a more "humane" approach to decapitation than having a (usually drunk) guy attempting to hack off a head by the neck with an axe. I'd say we drop the guillotine.
