I don't understand why they wouldn't include the livestreams in the subscription; do they really think the archives are so valuable that people will want to pay a monthly fee for them alone? And the two week delay for VOD is ridiculous. I'm a total Evolve fan/apologist and even I don't think that's near worth it.

if I was Gabe, I'd argue that they're a small company so they can't absorb the losses giving away streams as part of the sub deal. Its a cool historical archive if you like watching a company constantly shoot itself in the foot when it comes to retaining top tier talent.

in that outdated poster, Elgin looks like a mask of a person's cut off face was stretched over his real face and he is trying to sell it as just another day at the ole water cooler.
