That's not just a nitpick either, it's kind of part of the point of the movie. He's not a sith, he's just a dark-side sensitive guy trying to imitate the old masters with goofy praetorian guards striking poses and a big red throne chamber that's really just construction paper over the walls. It's a useful pretense because Ben is so hung up on this vader-successor thing. In reality, Snoke is completely blind to what his "apprentice" is doing or thinking.

Black people and casinos was a historical stereotype brought up during Cuphead chat because of the historical art style having actually used that stereotype. Modern day casino stereotypes are native american owners and little old white ladies pumping their retirement money into slot machines. Maybe if he made it rain you'd have something, but as far as I know there's no prominent modern stereotype of black people and casinos.
