I cant say I dont like country? Followed by some exceptions like brad paisleys whiskey lullaby?

Scrooge's greed literally causes a child to die in the future where he doesn't change his ways. It all depends on who is doing the interview and who is applying for benefits. As a general rule, if you're getting interviewed by a white social worker they're going to be racist as gently caress. Have fun running through that gauntlet if you're poor and black/brown. Meanwhile I knew a couple of NEETers back in high school who got on the express train to SSI due to sympathetic social workers and a system that was firing on all cylinders so they could claim benefits/rehabilitation as soon as possible. Public benefits/welfare is one field that could use a big boost in automation so people aren't put in charge of doling out goodies to demographics they find sympathetic.

Getting UI is now loving impossible. I was denied UI after getting laid off from my full time job a few months ago because I was taking a single 3 credit university class (trying to fulfill prereqs for a graduate/PhD program and complete continuing education requirements for my state licensure). Apparently working full time and being a student/fulfilling state licensing requirements is something that is just absurd and completely impossible and I would have to withdraw from the university class 3 weeks before the semester ended to receive any UI benefits. The social worker on the phone would go to no end belittling me about me having a Masters degree and having trouble finding work immediately because there are just all these jobs growing on the jobby job tree aka (contract positions about as bad if not worse than Uber where your net income is negative every week unless you commit fraud). In America, you can be either student or full time worker bee. You can't be both as Social Worker Bot just throws up a hard halt if presented with [part time student and full time worker]. Maybe we have passed the singularity as there are many programs out there that self-correct and continue functioning when presented with such scenarios whereas a human with 6 loving years of university education cannot.

I don't remember which form of hu tieu I tried! What I had was a pork broth soup with (if memory serves) shredded sausage, chicken, scallions and noodles. According to Google, this appears to be the default hu tieu. Google informs me that hu tieu mi is a form of hu tieu made with Chinese-style egg noodles. If so, I don't think I've had that. I know there are lots of Chinese-style egg noodle dishes there, but a lot of them are fried dishes, not soups -- so I'll need to check the menu. I am sure I've seen bun bo hue on the menu of at least one of these places. As for the other three -- I don't know for sure! It merits a closer look. I actually live near four Vietnamese places of which I only really frequent two. Thank you very much!
