Mine experienced similar problems. It also changed the resolution, which simultaneously messed with the graphics and my mouse.

The first squad v solo victory, dropped leones, literally didn't see anyone until the last 20 guys left. Got three pretty decent kills, especially on the dude at the end, also had two kills stolen so it was a pretty good match all in all! Also: the squad FPP "no hacker" streak continues where I haven't even had something I've been a bit suss on for like 20 games now

today i had netcode jank work for me instead of against me for the first time i could notice. landed, grabbed a shotgun and then started a firefight with a guy using a pistol. i fired my first shot at him, seems like i've whiffed the shot and then two seconds later get the knockout. it usually feels like in those first couple of seconds i'm always the one getting knocked out from around a corner or the like

my aim is so potato that it doesn't matter, but i assume the special pellet is in the center of the spread? having it come randomly in the spread would be even more ridiculous.

If you're dropping over a large city they'll all rapidly jerk towards the ground at the same time. Spotting people gets a lot easier the better you get (and the higher your rank goes, especially). Every time they reset matchmaking you'd notice people literally everywhere. Normally you can assume that no one is stupid enough to run half a klick through an open, flat field to attack your compound. New players will. It's fuckin nutty the places new players will show up. They're usually easy to kill, but they do things you will literally never see at higher rankings. Good players are easier to spot because 99% of the time they're at cover and there's only so much cover around.
