This is gonna come out completely wrong but... I really like the way he draws boobs. They're not comically huge like One Piece boobs. (I love One Piece but the way Oda draws boobs is really silly)

The problem is more in the way he draws their clothes, honestly. Like, not being able to see every crevice on Fubuki's body was a nice change of pace, even if it was only because he had initial had her in a frilly dress and probably just redid it quickly.

Yeah, he's basically always drawing women nude, and then adds a clothing texture. That's kind of how comic artists draw women, though.

To be fair that problem persists in both eastern and western comics. Apparently it's really hard to draw outfits that aren't skin-tight or covered in little pouches!

Drawing people nude and then hanging clothes over them is how you get good at drawing natural-looking clothes. A lot of people half-rear end the second part though, intentionally or not.

Related, my parents are raising my now 13 year old cousin, and he saw a volume of OPM on the shelf a couple years ago so my mom bought it, then texted me to see if it was alright for (then 11 year old) him. I said, "eeeeeh maybe in a year or two. That's also volume 5, get him 1-4 first." Flash to: a week and a half ago where we found it in a drawer when I was home for the holidays. She asked if it was okay for him now, i showed her some pages online, including Fubuki's... idealized female form. She looks at me for two beats, then says, "next year." Lolmom.
