I've watched a fair bit of judge Judy, and she always says that when the terms of the contract are ambiguous it is interpreted in favor of the party who didn't write it. Not sure if that is a factor in big boy law, but who would that be in this case? The actual person who wrote it worked for crytek at the time but now works for cig?

MyRadar! For those of our users who are also PC gamers, you may be interested to learn that MyRadar has teamed up with Cloud Imperium Games, the makers of the exciting, up-coming AAA title "Star Citizen", to render maps of their virtual moons right here in our weather app! Now users can explore these virtual moons right in MyRadar - tap the "Map Types" icon (second in from the left) to embark on your armchair moon expedition! Veteran news journalist Miles O'Brien sat down with the creators of Star Citizen for MyRadar and delved further into the game's origins and development progress. Check out the interview below! ! !! https://motd-content.azureedge.net/messages/active/en_android_20171128T0140.html @4:50 Chris Roberts: So we're not really running this business as a business that we're sort of socking a bunch of money away as PROFIT, we're running it as, 'OK, you guys are supporting us to THIS level therefore we can afford THIS many engineers, THIS many artists, THIS many designers, you know, THIS many musicians, THIS many... sound designers, whatever... and, uh... you know... we can make a world THIS big now instead of THIS big. And, uh... and... and that... and that's GREAT... and the SCOPE expands with the SUPPORT and, uh... ultimately it lends... letting us get to the point where... I think if I pitched this game to anyone 5 years ago they would have looked me in the eye and said, 'you are absolutely NUTS you will NEVER be able to do that', ah... ahm... but I THINK we'll be able to get there and that's pretty awesome. Tony Zurovek: The decisions that you make early on in development are basically, you know, that's the SCAFFOLDING that's going to, you know, INHIBIT or ALLOW you to do more ambitious, evolutionary things later on, but at least for some of these systems it's like, you don't have anything until you've got the FOUNDATION.

I’d be excited if we saw Ben & the Old Gang back on a weekly basis because lord knows we had a lot of laughs watching that, but if they’re rebooting with Erin as host then it’s certain to be a far more anodyne viewing experience. With the LA Gang it just can’t hope to achieve its former moments of glory — and it gave us so, so many.

Brian Chambers: With Lumberyard, yeah there was really little to no effort that it took us to switch, and that's 100% honest, I think we could have switched a lot earlier but in stuff like this there's always lawyers involved and so on, right? I know we got a little bit of flak of not being... as vocal about it early on when, you know, we started looking at it... but again, there's lawyers involved and until we kind of had clearance for everything we just wanted to go, 'OK, let's wait until it's official and everything is inked and dotted' I think one of the big advantages we get is if you look at where Lumberyard's going to go and HOPE to go, there's gonna be a lot of support for the gaming community. There's a lot of money behind that company, they have a tremendous amount of engineers and marketing staff and backend staff, so I think it's actually going to aid us all over the place. I have calls with them every other week were I talk with one of their tech guys and I get information from them and we share our stuff back and forth, there's an interest in, you know, if we ever struggle with something or we see something else they're pushing out or using, that's potentially something we have immediate access to. CryEngine was an incredibly strong base, right? The CryEngine support, ah... is fairly MINIMAL at this point. So if you look at even the support side and the amount that they're pushing and progressing, if you line those up side by side then Lumberyard definitely is the smarter route to take.

What there is, however - is a company desperate to pay off the various workers suing them for unpaid wages. A company so desperate that they're even trying a hand at cryptocurrency, or selling off entire forks of their engine for a quick cash infusion. Instead, you get a company that is doing exactly what you do when you're flailing about and think you have an opportunity at quick cash while thinking you've been wronged by a business partner: you sue the gently caress out of them with everything you can possible think of and see if any of the poo poo sticks to the wall. I've seen this tactic with small business, with landlord/tennant disputes and with small construction jobs contracts. It looks and smells like a cash grab and hope for a settlement. So basically like RSI/CIG and their million shell companies then, milking backer whales to stay afloat. Got it. ps: we know you NOT have ANY evidence for any of that poo poo; but we love to lol at you. So ----------------

MOMA is seriously still here defending a piece of poo poo that spent 300K+ of backer funds on new sports cars so far and has delivered nothing? Same old loving shtick every year. It doesn't really matter whether SC is good or bad or is ever released or not. You're supporting a piece of poo poo human garbage liar and his talent-less ex-pornstar wife in their scam. Just overall pathetic that you're dedicating your free time to do that. They're objectively garbage people and don't deserve any defense. It doesn't matter if lawsuit comes to anything. I hope goons continue to point out their lies and hypocrisy as long as they're running this poo poo show. This is what we're all here for. I hope we're in some way responsible in limiting the amount of people that that continue to get scammed or will get scammed in the future.
