i've not thoroughly read the text in it yet but the introduction at least talks about how different north korea and pyongyang are compared to other eastern european former communist countries/beijing around the early 90s

Civ V did have a great interface, it's drat near Fischer-Price with all the big round colourful buttons but it all makes sense. I dunno how VI's ended up so goddamn fiddly and obtuse.

Civ: CtP was the one that got the sequel, I guess probably because it retained the Civ name. SMAC had a really good 100 turn demo when it came out in '99, though, which is why a given age of computer games player knew it and all bought it for basically nothing when it came out on GOG.
