The announcer is bobtheninjagoldfish who you might remember as the slightly older, bigger guy from the end of SGDQ 2017 I wanna say or maybe longer ago? Wheelchairbound, had some very nice things to say about the speedrunning community at the end of the marathon and stuff... there might have been some tears iirc. He's probably just over-hype that his health issues cleared up and he was able to make it back out to a GDQ with his health/money situation. Cut the poor man some slack pls
