So it's what, either a million limit orders being sent through or some type of price manipulation? that's why there was so much volume and why it bounced so hard there if 10k breaks again today then i don't expect the same thing to happen, it will likely proceed to 9k Uranium 235 fucked around with this message at 14:20 on Jan 17, 2018 |

The absolute best thing about this is that instead of using traditional investing methods and benefiting from a 25% ytd stock market boom, nerds are losing their shirts on Chuck E. Cheese bucks.

I think they're being spoofed but admittedly I'm kinda hoping for a crash

Every bounce off 10k gets weaker and the sell wall gets lower. Someone tether this poo poo up because it's looking haggard as poo poo.

This is what’s called resistance in real trading. It’s a combination of round numbers and various price points. People will set limit buy/sell orders at say, a stocks previous all time high, or if its trading at $43.45 for example, there might be a bunch of limit sell orders at $45 and $50. So if the previous all time high was $48.76 and the stock is at $43.45 then there will be resistance at $45, $48.76, $50, etc. Also with options, there’s extra resistance at various prices where the options trade at. So a stock may hem and haw around these levels until all of the limit orders clear and then it’s look out above or below. With bitcoin testing $10k yesterday there’s still likely a bunch of resistance, I don’t think it ever broke through. This kind of stuff isn’t “real” in the sense that there’s logical reasons, it’s mostly real because enough people believe it’s real to make it so. This is why “technical analysis” in stock trading works even though it’s basically voodoo magic tea leaf reading.

Question for you true believers: How much have you spent? This includes buying BTC (and other crypto) with real money. It also includes electricity and hardware. What is your total cost outlay? How much have you actually pocketed? This includes the drugs you have bought and your kiddie porn and actual cash withdrawals.

A sperm has 37.5 MB of DNA info. One ejaculation transfers 15,875 GB of data we need to be able to upload our blockchains into sperm harnessing the power of machines with the human body is the only path to transcendence.

I just adore how instead of recognizing that they could have cut their losses any time in the last month and been better off than they are now they're actively celebrating the fact that they're still holding this piece of poo poo. They're just so well trained by the people who know that the only value of bitcoin is scamming money from idiots, it's impressive.

It's so surprising to see everything tank. It's almost like connecting the value of a terrible thing (crypto currencies) to the worst version of a terrible thing (bitcoin) was a horrible idea.Moxxis Endowment posted:A sperm has 37.5 MB of DNA info. The worst part about this crash... All the poo poo I have to hear in the office. The god drat "i-told-ya-so" from John. "I have no idea how stocks or anything like that work but i know bullshit when i see it. I can't believe people were dumb enough to buy fake money." Yea ok mate, if i need a status update on that box of donuts in the break room, you're my go-to guy. other than that? shut up and go back to being poo poo at your job. Then you've got Becky, flapping her useless mouth in the background who "knew" bitcoin was a scam when her boyfriend's Sister's cousin told her that the "bitcoin inventor guy" posted on his website that he was selling all his bitcoin. "Money can't just be numbers on screens, that's not how money works. it has to be something you can hold as well! With all this net neutrality stuff going on you'd be crazy to invest in money that they can just shut down with the flick of a switch!" Becky, last week i heard you ask the IT guy if you needed two mice plugged in to your computer if you want to use two screens at once and now you have a working knowledge of both the monetary system, crypto currencies AND the internet?! that's very impressive.
