the tattoo was done at the start of 2016, so the owner now inadvertantly has a meme on his arm. How many people do you think will believe him when he says he got it before the meme?

There were definitely steamed hams shitposts around the time that he got this tattoo, there just weren't as many as there are now. The tat looks like it draws inspiration from this.

the ol' steamed hams has been a meme since at least 2015, it just hadn't built up enough steam for the modern-day renaissance it's undergoing

also the barrier to entry for video editing is practically nil these days
