I’m playing catch-up/review because I haven’t really read much past the Crooked Man, and it’s been years. I own volumes 1-5 in print, but I left them behind when I moved across country. It’s been fun going back through (I forgot how loving wordy John Byrne is).

I remember reading it back then and enjoying it, but it's not the real Adam Warlock, I don't think. Like it's an alternate universe maybe?

Is there any easy place to check which issues a given collection contains? I don't see it anywhere on the store pages for amazon or comixology.

I know it's usually in a couple places in the volume itself but I don't want to re-download them just to look.

Teenage Fansub

On Comixology, if a single issue is in a collection it'll link to that on the page. No idea if that's 100% consistent.

Googling for a series or specific collection title with Wikias or Comicvine usually gives you all the info.

The collection listing tells you what's in it.

It's like selling landmines. Which are good and which are identity crisis!?

Endless Mike

God, almost none of that is anything I'd really recommend. Villains United was pretty fun, as was Day of Vengeance. OMAC Project was not great and required an additional three issues of Superman or Batman or Wonder Woman (I forget) midway to tell the whole story that aren't included. None of the actual Crises are particularly great as stories, though Final Crisis is at least an interesting storytelling experiment. I'm not sure many of the COIE tie-in books are necessary reading at all. I think the only thing there I can say you should pick up is the Adam Strange mini.

For historical value if nothing else. (And it's Wolfman doing the premise about as well as it was going to be, plus some great Perez art)

CoIE, the 4 tie in minis to infinite crisis, and infinite crisis are enjoyable comic books.

Identity Crisis is trash.
