That specific drawing of knuckles is definitely a copyrighted work, and it features prominently in the game and the trailer. I give about a ~5% chance that any given game about an intermet meme actually asks the original creator for a license instead of just assuming it can do whatever it wants.

The lighting on most of the levels doesn't load, several of the levels start you off inside a sealed box, level 100 is just a solid wall where the player doesn't even spawn in, according to other people the art used is stolen, every level exit causes the software to fade to black and become unresponsive, one of the achievements does not actually have a trigger, going to the menu causes the player to be cloned an arbitrary number of times, objects in a level can start ignoring the code for removal on death, the weapons are missing art, most of the achievements are obtained by starting the software, etc...

Bad Mojo is legitimately a great game and it has a wonderful ending. I'm not even trying to yank anybody's chain or anything, it's a cool game with a heartwarming ending.
