So this is pretty amazing. An ancap author by the name of Chase Rachels of the blog Radical Capitalist wrote a book called "White, Right & Libertarian" and got Hans-Hermann Hoppe to write the foreword. Hoppe is an Austrian School economist and a senior fellow at the Ludwig von Mises Institute who resides in Turkey and who coined the term "physical removal." Hoppe and the Ludwig von Mises Institute wasn't happy when they learned about the book cover.  The Institute pulled the foreword and also physically removed  Rachels' books from their online store. Rachels then wrote a blog post including emails he had with the Institute's higher ups -- what looks like an attempt at both sides doing damage control.Lew Rockwell, who runs the Institute, then pre-empted Rachels from publishing the book on his own by posting the foreword -- which mainly concerns ideological matters -- on LewRockwell.com with the endorsements of Rachels' work removed from the piece. Rachels accused Rockwell of doing so to make the foreword in the book appear fraudulent. It would look like Rachels had copy and pasted it from the Rockwell website while adding in the endorsement of him after the fact. Of course, the Institute had no such problem putting its imprimatur to "White, Right, & Libertarian." Anyways, Rachels' blog is ostensibly ancap but the posts on the front page have titles such as: "White Genocide In South Africa," and "What the Founders *Really* Thought About Race" along with "The 'Open Borders For Israel' Challenge." This guy Rachels also wrote a book called "Spontaneous Order: The Capitalist Case for a Stateless Society." The cover is just a picture of the Hong Kong skyline -- which is pretty apt since it is practically libertarian paradise as the whole thing is run by business cartels, particularly real estate. Apparently Rachels' articulation of Hoppe's line about "physical removal" comes from Stephan Kinsella, who has blogged at Radical Capitalist. Kinsella is a Houston intellectual property attorney and "Austro-anarchist libertarian" theorist who came out of the Ludwig von Mises Institute.
