The combat felt clunky at first but once I got used to it it's actually really rewarding. I've been sitting at work waiting to get home and play it all week--it's been a while since a game had its hooks in me like this

Xbox one X owns and everything runs awesome on it. Some games look flat out incredible like Halo 5 after the x patch. I don't know what everyone in here is so mad about lol.

Yep some people are so mad at this console they can't just stay away from this thread and have to post in it. I'll have to try out game pass. I've been wanting to play halo wars 2 I just never wanted to spend the money to own it. If they actually deliver on what I've read is planned for the MCC X patch it's going to be awesome. Too bad no one is playing though, and they really should out MCC in game pass it might boost player count.

I want to see one of the glitches in hw2 where the ai cant find your last unit and just keeps churning out units until the entire map is a swarming mess and the game crashes. Thanks gamepass

Overwatch just got its Xbox One X Enhanced patch. Game now runs at mostly Native 4K with some small resolution drops here and there.

Can anyone confirm that 360 games run better (like way smoother) on the X? I want to finally get a bone when I do my taxes thing and while of course I plan on playing some actual generation games, being able to play my huge backwards compatible backlog is a plus.

Not asking for enhancements but for more of a general smooth feeling compared to a Xbone S. My console playtime is 90% exclusives (ps4 stuff), I have a fairly old pc and was wondering if, for 360 and a few new games is worth getting the X. If the X brings vsync over the S, and slightly better fps, plus some new stuff running better (I own a 1080p TV and I don't plan on getting a 4k one in years) would be enough. Otherwise I'd be getting a cheap 1tb S and call it a day.

Only Gears and Halo 360 games benefit greatly from the X and unless you really really like a broken Halo game, Halo 5 MP, Forza series and Broken Gears of War 4 id pass or just buy the cheaper S.
