France is a big country, and the north is firmly in the lovely dreary (though temperate) North Sea zone.

e: if I had to choose I'd definitely prefer that over the American Southwest, which I assume is only fit for human habitation due to air conditioning. The perfect combination for me would be mild temperatures + lots of sunshine, but I don't think it exists. I haven't seen the sun since October.

Depending on your definition of mild weather, maybe Northern Italy?

Huh, maybe I'll be able to remember the name of this place now.

The list includes some pretty obscure stuff, but somehow doesn't include Islamic State, which actually formed and governed a state for a couple years.

Bolivia used to average about two coups a year, so even if they're still weirdos with two capitals, I'm glad they're doing better.

They only fight Basques, and they get +2 to their damage rolls against them anyway since that's their racial enemy. No camouflage needed

We use it to reduce the risk of friendly fire from Americans.

The strangest thing to me is that there are 3 Danish cities on the map.

Nope. Stockholm, Kiev, Sofia, Baku are all yellow capitals. Probably others as well. Meanwhile Barcelona and Frankfurt are red non-capitals. Probably others as well.
