Forza Horizon 3 is a good game, but it is imprisoned in the Windows Store and is hosed to hell. I couldn’t get online working at first. it turns out online will only work if your firewall is ON. My friend complained he couldn’t play his game anymore after awhile. it would load the splash screen, then immediately close with no error. the solution was to download any random Windows store app and run it once. then viola, you can play your expensive video jame
