I think the law firms who tried to sue / send Unterlassungserklärungen to people about streaming exclusively targeted porn right from the very beginning (thinking that people would be too embarrassed to dispute), and even that stopped once a couple of people called their bluff. I've never even heard of someone getting a letter over viewing streamed football.
