I played ice hockey growing up and if my knees weren't kinda hosed from it I would be extremely down to try this. It's not nearly as bad as it looks - they aren't really going that fast, and bouncing off the ice in full hockey gear doesn't hurt. You slide along the ice rather than wiping out like a skier, so basically none of your impetus gets translated into impact. Hell, hockey pants even have a special tailplate to make sure you don't break anything when an opposing player knocks you on your rear end. The only places it looks like you could really hurt yourself is if you hosed up some of the jumps and also botched your landing such that you slammed into an incline at speed, and even then I'm not sure how much worse that would be than taking a bad hit in a hockey game. You notice how basically everyone in those videos was in the process of getting up as soon as they collected their limbs, frequently before they were even finished falling? They're fine.

I think if they kill less than half their carried rounds then we shouldn't bother sending thoughts and prayers since God already protected as many as he could by sending a psycho with a terrible shot. So let's say the kid walks into the school with three 30 round magazines. If he kills less than 45 5th graders then it wasn't really a mass shooting. We can just call that a "shooting event."
