When I had my strawberry hermit crabs the largest decided to go on a rampage and ate the other three during molts. It's just proof that hermit crabs are even more evil and bloodthirsty than true crabs. RIP Snips, the internet will remember you. I've also caught a surface molt in action so I figured I might as well take pictures.

But I have had them before as a small child and I hated them because they made a lot of noise at night and I was/am a very light sleeper. I've been thinking of doing a tank of freshwater crabs, though.
