how does replacing judges work in PA, wouldn't the Dem gov just replace them with someone else who'd say the map is fine? I do think they'll try to go full scorched earth on this. They spent a lot of time and money to create a pro-GOP apartheid

but their decision stands and even in a hellworld in which the justices all get thrown out for no cause, without a case before the hypothetically newly-composed pa scrotum they can't do anything right euphronius i guess the state republican party/statehouse republicans could bring that case. so the plan is throw out the duly-elected justices (lol electing justices), bring a whiny boo-boo case before the court about how unfair the previous court's decision was, and get an emergency stay "pending a decision," conveniently after nov 2018 cucks
