I think the overall idea is that Tsukasa is supposed to be a darker mirror to Soma, in that they both learn from others, but while Soma is like "lemme see some of dat!  " and would totally dig on your vamping, Tsukasa just wants stuff that's useful to him. The funny thing is that Soma is supposed to be kind of rude, but is much more personable on his rudeness.Also, that chapter cover is amazing. Rindou reaffirms her position as best girl while Eizan and Saitou are both

Litterly everything that needs to be said about him is show in the flashback were he takes that girls paint without asking to make his picture better, and sees nothing wrong with having upset her.

Why does everyone keep forgetting there's still that whole Blue whatsit that Jou ducked out of to deal with? Not just here. but on other forums, too. There will still be more mountains for Soma to cook after Tsukasa loses!

I dunno. This arc feels pretty final, to be honest. Then again, I said the same thing after Zenkichi won the Student Council President seat, and Medaka Box ended up lasting a whole year after that, so take my predictions with copious amounts of salt.
