This is a weird as hell sentence structure, but: Street Wraith is more like Force of WIll than Simian Spirit Guide. You're not really including it in your deck to cast it, but if you can, it's actually a real card.

From what I've seen people do in Modern so far, I'm pretty sure that JtMS reads "2UU, Sorcery, Draw three cards then put two cards on top your library, gain 3 life"

If you play chalice at all, you normally play a playset. This will be the cards 3rd printing though. Its the first printing with a hallow stamp and considering that this card is highly counterfeited these days, I have noticed these types of printings sometimes end up being more expensive than their older printings especially if the art is the same.
