If I wasn't in a lame apartment on the 1st floor I'd dump £800 into a home gym. I'm going crazy with how packed all the gyms are and waiting for idiots to finish their bizarre and obnoxious use of the power racks. someone had set a bench up on the wooden Olympic lifting platform and had put a set of eight tiny dumbbells around him in some unholy pattern. occasionally he'd do some poo poo Pull ups between sets in the rack but more often than not he'd be on the other side of the gym doing some other bullshit. He was wearing sweatbands

Was a bit worried because last week my squats sucked. I've been trying to rep out 225 for 3 or 4 sets of 10. Form would fall to poo poo and the muscles around my right kidney felt like it was giving way. Got some good sets in today, not at my goal but getting closer. I think it's because I've started Good Morning's and Deadlifts again.

My front squat is at my back squat weight but that's not accidental it's just the only thing I'm training. Except leg press as my gym finally moved the old swingset machine to where it's usable again. Good volume, good noise, good disruption to other people as I gather up all the plates I can find.
