Another way to read it is as the cooldown reduction being a penalty for missing more then a bonus for hitting, say burst mage A has their catch CC on a 10 second cooldown and caster B has theirs on a 15 second cooldown that refunds 5 if it hits, it might look like a bonus, but it's really a penalty. Course that argument is invalid because zoe's sleep was absurdly spammable.

I've lost my last 11 ranked games and I'm nearly broken. I know I'm bad and that I could have made better plays in at least half of these games, but poo poo is rough. I literally had a mid named Adolf Htler who went Riven and fed horribly.

The weird thing about Lux skins is that I hardly ever see her anywhere except ARAM because she's still kind of slow and sluggish. Just about every streamer girl on Twitch plays her in every lane, though.

It's been a while since I checked the numbers, but she's been historically popular in lower MMRs where people don't play the lane well, which makes having dogshit waveclear and an incredibly linear combo less of a burden. Once you get past mid Diamond, you generally only see two or three people who are insanely dedicated one-tricks that can still spin out wins, and then people who occasionally play a game of her on a lark.

Speaking of League babes, Kai'Sa's spotlight is out and the PBE branch's been cut, which means we should expect a patch this Wednesday. Nothing really crazy on the PBE aside from some decent Jhin buffs, a few nerfs to overperformers like Galio, Azir, and Ryze, and Cloud Drake now giving a bonus to total movement speed instead of just out-of-combat speed.

No, it's very obvious why they release skins for the three anime protagonist knockoffs and the big tittied pirate lady and it's fuckin' annoying, there are like 130+ other champions they could make legendaries/ultimate skins. It can't possibly be that hard. Also Taliyah is boring and lovely, that's like admiring Quinn's visual look for being so clean lined and identifiable and blah blah blah
