Hey I'm no FMPONE, but I'm proud of the fact that I spent the last week diving into hammer and putting together a v1 of an updated dust 2 duels map because I'm sick of there being literally no duels servers in NA. It's still got some minor graphical stuff with meshes but should be playable. If anybody's up for giving it a shot you can play it on 96.253.53.135:27016 (Server provided by cool dude Photex during testing), I've got it in rotation with the official boomeo maps as well at the moment. Interesting that shox suggested a more drastic team change and they decided to bench him and go with what NBK wanted instead. mixwell is really good although I struggle to see him as better than shox even if I try to ignore shox's insane history as a player. Presumably this comes with a language hit as well, because mixwell probably doesn't speak French. bodyy has been a complete anchor for the team since the day he joined and NBK only sometimes shows up these days. Usually he's mediocre. I'd be very surprised if this goes anywhere unless NBK realises he's a poo poo hot IGL and somehow brings out a magical change in bodyy. I wouldn't be surprised if shox said kick both of those two and bring in ScreaM and RpK or something, or just one of the other up and coming Frenchies. Honestly, you have to question G2's roster management at this point. Shox, ScreaM, KennyS, apEX +1 decent French player who can maybe IGL somewhat and you have a world beating lineup. Literally so many good players have passed through G2, and they've always just swapped them round and never put them all together.

I don't think bodyy was the problem either, I think the organizations finally realize that rotating the same 6 frenchies in between the two rosters isn't going to change anything and that there is a couple players that need to get over their childish hang ups when it comes to who they play or don't play with

Bodyy may not be the only problem, but he has always been a problem. He seemed a young talent with potential 2+ years ago, but he has never been able to hang against good teams and at this point he never will. He didn't survive the transition to top tier pro play. Not everybody does. The only difference is he's managed to linger in a top lineup for a long time. He's with TACO as probably the worst non-IGL players in the Top 15 teams.

My desired lineup is only my fantasy and not a suggestion of something that would necessarily be good. I love the old G2 core of shox, RpK, and ScreaM. I have a soft spot for kio. And I'm intrigued by ZywOo and his absurd numbers against lower tier talent.
