the thing is a lot of hillary’s support came from good people with good intentions who really thought she was the best chance to win when she lost, that appeal evaporated even with some big name endorsements or whatever she is toast in any primary, and honestly I think she knows that although she has proven herself to be quite stupid on various occasions

At this point it's wishful thinking, at least for me. I want hillary to run against trump in 2020 and lose again, completely destroying the vile democratic party. Then the healing can finally begin. Full accelerationism now.

GalacticAcid posted:the thing is a lot of hillary’s support came from good people with good intentions who really thought she was the best chance to win A reasonable candidate like hillary would have never run in the first place. However as we have seen after her well-deserved loss and her numerous tell-all books she isn't reasonable, at all. Thus people are worried about her trying to pull another 2008/2016.

Biden is going to win in 2020 after squeaking out a general victory against Trump because enough progressive leftists are salty about centrism and will make it close but people are too scared of another four years of Trump to completely spoil the election.

Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden are 76 and 75 years old, today. When I type in Bernie Sanders google auto suggests Bernie Sanders age. Come on man, can we get a half decent democrat under 60? Note: I’m not implying either of Them are half decent democrats

Clinton isn't going to run again and this thread really sucks today. WampaLord, being prechosen doesn't mean loving poo poo, look what happened in 2008. And now Clinton has lost twice, the second time in an incredibly embarrassing, humiliating, and extremely damaging fashion, she doesn't have nearly the influence she has in the party that she did prior to 2016 where she actively cleared the field as thoroughly as she could. People aren't going to step aside for Kamala Harris the way they stepped aside for Clinton, they'll run hard against her. And if the field isn't precleared then these shadowy illuminati (((donors))) don't have as much influence over the primary as they do in the shadow primary. She's finished. Done. Over. All these book signings and whatever are just to try to repair her dignity and preserve the tattered remnants of her legacy. Talk more about good Dems and up-and-coming progressives and socialists instead of foreverially rehashing a garbage candidate and person.
