They have all of this information on the manifest and there's no reason they shouldn't have known there was a dog from that alone. And in barking and presumably the passenger saying "but my dog is in there" and welp. See the picture of the dog ruined my day as well

My initial thought was that maybe this was a good fake, but no, in looking more into Fiverr I'm more convinced this is real.
