If anybody voted for the Libs since "it's time for a change" you're obviously in a privileged position where you won't be effected by cuts to services, infrastructure and public health. It's time for a change in your breathing capacity by walking into the sea.

the greens are hosed on two counts: they have an explicit environmental bias that nobody cares about, and they're the biggest of the Third Party in australian politics (barring the nats) so they have to try to appeal to an insanely wide base. di natale recognises this and as such is slightly uncomfortable to look at

We got to accept that The Greens as a third party will fluctuate wildly from left to centre and are far more likely to disappoint supporters than any other party.

They're not exactly worse. On policy and even implementing them they're still the least bad option with a decent chance of even getting a senate seat.

It's just that they could be so, so much better than they actually are right now.

I should add that NSW has actually done the correct thing for once and we're sending over to the federal greens our proposal to absolutely rule out governing with the LNP so this may be somewhat outdated.

Aus greens might just block it anyway as it needs 75% support to even be voted on

Yeah sorry but it isn't easy when the ALP throws their entire campaigning force and a five star candidate at your electorate. Greens did well considering Feeney was gone and Ged is a good candidate.
