It's not a lock that he'll win in November, even with rauner's current numbers, bc he's a bad debater, obese & sweaty, and is proposing a statewide tax increase in a state in which progressive income taxes are unconstitutional. But he supports a medicaid buy-in as a public option, and recreational weed to raise money for the state, so even if he does win the govenorship, as most predict, it's not like we're facing four years of darkness (unless, of course, he's standing between you and the sun [fat joke]).
