Didn't realize platypuses could be that cute! Though I'd be mildly terrified of an accident with their venomous spurs; wonder if that one's had them removed? (EDIT: TIL, only the males have 'em, so could also just be a female.) Also chiming in with the "ಠ_ಠ Mina big!!! ಠ_ಠ" crowd.

I've also seen this posted before as "Local man discovers he's a Disney princess" and have always kinda wondered what was going on. Did a petting zoo suffer a breakout?

Probably just a farm with a hole in the fence or a gate someone left open. A lot of farms use llamas in place of sheepdogs (seriously) because llamas are quite a bit smarter than sheep and goats, and the sheep and goats will blindly follow llamas around.

Also llamas will kick your poo poo in sideways just for breathing loudly at them. They're seriously amazing. If a strange llama ran at me like that I'd 100% be seeking higher ground. I mean, I'd still pet 'em, but gently and from a height he can't kick to.

I remember someone saying that some farmers use llamas to protect their goat herds but this causes some trouble because the llamas think the goats are baby llamas and try to coddle them all the time and the goats are.. goats, and are thus not very keen on being stopped from climbing on high things or eating dangerous objects or any of the other things goats like to do for fun. I just loved the mental image of shocked llamas trying to understand why their sweet little babies are so reckless and rude all the time.

I almost didn't notice what thread this was and posted some not cute things about guard llamas but instead have some baby sheep. Sweetpea, the smallest of a set of triplets girls. I really like this tiny sheep A couple big ram lambs Another ram lamb from a different set of triplets And the girl from that second set of trips.
