for whatever reason the league doesn't seem to value him. Despite starting for like 20ish games for the steelers in 2015-2016 he was traded to the giants for a 7th rounder and the giants only started him because of injuries.

The weakest link in those odds is probably the Falcons, but with them it's super hard to tell. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable putting much money on any of those teams.
