Welp. Got Action Comics One Thousand loaded up for a long bus ride. Hopefully there's at least 20 great pages within the 93. edit: Verdict!: Ho hum. Loved King's bit, liked Tomasi/Gleason's and Johns/Donner. The rest wasn't anything horrible, just pretty bland. I wonder what the deal is with the Curtis Swan thing. So, Marv Wolfman got a hold of art for an unpublished story and wrote words for it? Was Jim Gordon originally there and covered up by Maggie Sawyer? and what happened to these supposed Garcia-Lopez pages? We got a story with him, but it wasn't this.
