They cover Thunderball, Maria and Amanda are the guests, and make fun of the two gals that had real issues with James Bond (at least I assume that's who they are making fun of) . They both joke about and say "Trigger Warning" quite a bit.

lmao i hadn't listened to Analyze Phish in a while and totally forgot his story about being 17 and getting a random handjob from a middle-aged lady who also gave a couple other people handjobs at a concert (~45 minutes into episode 3)

Miss you Harris :unsmith:

I like it. I totally get why that song is annoying; I agree with Scott that the dance is dumb, and if I were inundated with that playing everywhere, I'd hate it too. But it's held up way better than a lot of music videos of that era.

[Plays 10 seconds of a track from Green]
Scott: "No, I hate this one. It's no good. Goofy lyrics, instrumentation is just too funky. [Makes bad guitar lick noises] Lance, what do you think?"
Lance: [Has just told a 30 minute long story about meeting the band in their early days, how Michael Stipe took a personal interest in his work, provided him with incredible opportunities, arguably set him on the path to career success] "uhh...I love it."

There were a few interesting bits in it, like Amy talking about going to the bizarre WalMart Feminist Film Festival or how some critics have word processors without screens that they type their notes on blindly during screenings, or the few minutes they talk about how to discuss issues with representation in reviews. I listened to it to pass time on a long car ride and it was fine, so take that as you would.

Speaking of Amy Nicholson, on the latest HDTGM mini-episode, Paul Scheer said that he and Amy are starting a new podcast that will debut next month, that he described as "the anti-HDGTM". Probably helps explain why I feel like Amy has been on a lot of Earwolf shows lately.
