So for a young player like Mbabu to go out there and just play his rear end off like crazy, completely unperturbed by the occasion, was impressive as hell). Anyway, Mbabu loving owns. Attacks like a beast for 90 minutes, is able to win 1v1s, and whenever he doesn’t he‘ll follow up and tackle like a madman, has a mean cross on him, is pacy as hell and just keeps going. His form can be patchy over the course of a season though, and like many modern full backs I’d say he’s better at attacking than defending, but whatever. Oh, and he’s a bit of a hothead too, he shoved an opposition player to the ground yesterday and was lucky to get away with a yellow.
