Well, don't give us a link or anything.

There's also a species of hermit crab that uses a piece of living coral for its shell. Normally the coral lives symbiotically with a kind of marine worm, but the hermit crabs fill that role just as well with no harm to the coral. And the crabs have evolved to fit their unique shells.

Hermit crabs will put their butt in anything. When I was in Diego I saw adolescent coconut crabs sticking their behinds into coconut shells, sometimes with a baby coconut tree trying to grow out of them. Legends abound on the island about one using an old leather boot but that may have been an urban legend.

Do they still show PSAs telling you not to molest the crabs there? My Dad was stationed there for a year in 87 and he sent us videos from the local TV station with these wild PSAs with singing crabs telling everyone to leave them alone. "We are the crabs...".
