I do not care for mint. One Andes candy per year satisfies my mint needs. Strangely, I love those gummy spearmint leaves candy from the drugstore.

I love mint the most. If you made me a salad of mint with lemon juice, I would kiss you many times upon the face and ask for seconds. Today's mysterious lunch salad: rice, imitation crab, canned peaches, blueberries, black olives. Maybe celery. The kids were mixing it with other stuff and daring each other to eat it.
