That's a strange one. I thought it was a Mateba based on the low barrel and chunky cylinder, but I'm pretty sure they don't slide like that. What is it? E:

It looks weird in the gif because the person is doing it by hand (pushing on the barrel out of frame), but that's how they work.

Reminds me of this:  The Russian Nagant revolver. The cylinder slides forward to form a seal with the barrel, making the Nagant the only revolver that can be effectively used with a silencer.
